"After years of plotting with my friend Brad "Tiki Shark" Parker, we finally found the time to collaborate on a Tiki Mug!!! We used one of the most recognizable Tikis in the islands as inspiration, the one overlooking the bay at Don The Beachcomber Bar and Restaurant. Legend has it that this Tiki stands sentinel over Kamakahonu bay, guarding against tsunamis and protecting all of Kona Town and its inhabitants. I've drawn Tikis in my artwork for years now, but getting to bring one to life is a blast...and it's my first functional sculpture! "
