Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

All Sales are Final after 3 Days.  All Jewelry Sales, Commissions and Special Orders are final at the time of sale. Certain types of items cannot be returned/refunded or exchanged, such as Custom Embellished Artworks(special orders or personalized items), Artist Commissioned Originals and Requested # Limited Editions. All Jewelry sales and Commissioned artwork is final.  No refunds or exchanges.   Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

If an Item is eligible for an Exchange or Refund, Gallery Credit will be issued.  To be eligible for an exchange or refund in the form of store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange or refund for gallery credit, you can contact us at sales@guptongallery.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please notify us of damaged or incorrect artwork no later than 5 days of receipt/delivery.  Reports of damaged or defective artwork can be directed to sales@guptongallery.com.
